Former captain and batsman of the Indian cricket team Virat Kohli and his wife Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma are on a pilgrimage in Uttarakhand these days. On the second day of the yatra, he attended rituals organised at Swami Dayananda Ashram in Rishikesh. After the rituals, Virat Kohli's family offered food to the saints by doing Bhandara.


Along with this, he took the blessings of saints by offering clothes and dakshina. DGP Ashok Kumar also reached Dayananda Ashram to meet Virat Kohli. During this, a police force has also been deployed for security arrangements in the ashram.


Let us inform you that Virat Kohli along with Anushka Sharma reached the ashram of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's guru Swami Dayanand Saraswati at Sheesham Jhadi on Monday. Here, Virat visited the Samadhi Sthal of Swami Dayanand Saraswati along with his wife and his mother Saroj Kohli. Kohli had also meditated here for 20 minutes.


On Monday morning, Virat Kohli had reached a jungle resort in the Yamkeshwar area adjacent to Rishikesh with the family. In the evening, Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma and Saroj Kohli reached Dayananda Ashram and took the blessings of President Swami Sakshatkritanand.


After this, Virat along with his family visited the temple of Lord Shiva located in the ashram and worshipped. Evening Ganga Aarti was also performed at the Ghat. In the evening, Kohli along with his family had satvik food after resting the night in the ashram itself.


Let us inform you that recently, Virat and Anushka had also reached Baba Nainital to visit Neem Karori Baba. Then he had spent a lot of time here. Virat had offered prayers after reaching Hanumangarhi temple. Then along with the devotees who came to visit the temple, he also offered prayers.
