Uttarakhand's two daughters join Indian cricket team for England tour

With new jersey and renewed vigor, two promising daughters of Uttarakhand are about to leave for England as a part of the Indian cricket team. Two daughters of Uttarakhand have got a place in the Indian cricket team. These include Ekta Bisht and Sneh Rana. So this is a double celebration opportunity for Uttarakhand. Both the promising players have increased the value of Uttarakhand by cementing their place in Team India. Apart from one Test, the Indian team has to play three ODIs and as many T20s in the England tour. The Indian women's cricket team is going to play Test cricket after seven years on this tour. While Ekta Bisht will play her second Test, Sneh Rana will debut in the Test match. Almora's left-arm spinner Ekta Bisht has previously played a Test match against England in 2014 in which she took three wickets while she has 96 wickets in 61 ODIs and 53 wickets in 42 T20Is.

Talking about Sneh Rana, she is a resident of Dehradun. All-rounder Sneh Rana has been successful in making it to all three formats. She has returned to Team India after five years. On this occasion, Sneh has also shared an emotional post for his father on social media. Born on 18 February 1994 in Dehradun, Sneh Rana had to struggle for years to join Team India, she also stayed away from the Indian jersey for 5 years. Sneha started her ODI and T20 career in the year 2014. He played his last ODI on 7 February 2016 and T20 on 24 February 2016.
