Uttarakhand Congress has opened a front against the central and state BJP governments. State Congrees President Pritam Singh has called for a state-wide protest against the issue of rising inflation, unemployment, women's crime, farmers' problems, and the testing scam in Haridwar Kumbh, on July 7 and July 10. Talking on the occasion Pritam Singh has said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government at the center and state are playing lewd jokes with the people of Uttarakhand by repeatedly changing the state leadership. Development work of the state is getting affected because of these and people of the state are suffering.
Pradesh Congress committee has called for a protest and will burn effigies in front of all the state headquarters on 7th July on the issues of rising inflation, unemployment, women's crime, farmers' problems and the testing scam in Haridwar Kumbh. On 10 July the Congress workers will march towards the CM house against the policies of state government, he further added.
Pritam Singh said that the Unemployment rate in the state is at an all-time high and government is busy changing CMs. BJP should stop playing with the sentiments of the people and the people of Uttarakhand will give a befitting reply to the BJP by ousting it from power in the 2022 elections.
