After this, the decision has been finally taken by Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank to cancel the CBSE board examinations. At the same time, the threat of Covid is not averted in Uttarakhand too. In such a situation, the cancellation of examinations in Uttarakhand is also being considered. In view of the health of the children and the rising Covid, the 12th examinations may also be canceled in Uttarakhand on the lines of CBSE. According to news, Education Minister Arvind Pandey has made it clear that soon a decision will be taken regarding the Uttarakhand Board 12th examinations after consultation with Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat, keeping in mind the health and interest of the students.

He said that this decision would be taken keeping in view the circumstances of Covid in the state. Uttarakhand Education Minister Arvind Pandey says that on June 3 or 4, a meeting of the Education Department will be called under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister in which the final decision will be taken regarding Uttarakhand examinations. The final decision on the conduct of board examinations will be in the interest of both students and teachers.
