This time also the situation is almost the same as last year. On the other hand, there is a possibility of spreading the third wave of coronavirus infection in the country. In view of this, the Kavad Yatra has been postponed.
Chief Secretary Omprakash says that according to this decision taken in the cabinet meeting, orders will be issued soon. However, in the meantime, preparations are on to open the Char Dham Yatra in Uttarakhand. People of three districts of Uttarakhand, Rudraprayag, Chamoli and Uttarkashi will be able to visit Char Dham. Rudraprayag will be able to visit Kedarnath. People of Chamoli district will be able to visit Badrinath Dham. People of Uttarkashi district will be able to visit Gangotri and Yamunotri Dhams.
