Every year on 12 January Swami Vivekananda Jayanti is celebrated in the country. Swami Vivekananda was a disciple of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa. Swami Vivekananda was given a new identity on the world stage in 1893 at the World Religion Conference in Chicago. His energetic thoughts have always inspired people of all classes, castes, and religions. It is because of his thoughts that filled life full of despair with energy, Swamiji's birthday is celebrated as National Youth Day across the country. Swami Vivekananda had the ability to change the perspective of the front with his powerful and logical thoughts. Interesting facts about Swami Vivekananda

When Swami Vivekananda used to meet people, he often used to ask them a question, have you seen God? No one has got the right answer for this. Swami Vivekananda once asked the same question to Ramakrishna Paramahansa, to which Ramakrishna Paramahansa ji replied, Yes, I see God as far as you can see, but I am able to feel them more deeply than you.

After which Swami Vivekananda made Ramakrishna Paramhansa his guru. He founded the Ramakrishna Mission in Kolkata in 1897. At the same time, in 1898, Ramakrishna Math was also established at Belur on the banks of river Ganga.

The Parliament of Religions was organized in America on September 11, 1893, in which Swami Vivekananda also participated. Here he began his speech in Hindi by saying 'brothers and sisters of America'. His speech in this Parliament of Religions was so loud that his speech was applauded for a full two minutes at the Art Institute of Chicago. This incident is still recorded as pride and honor in the history of India.
