With the reduction in corona cases, OPDs in various departments have been started in the District Hospital (Coronation Hospital) but there are only a few patients on the first day on Tuesday. Once the situation improves, admission of normal patients will also be started.

Due to the second wave of corona infection, the OPD service was completely stopped for general patients in the Coronation premises of the district hospital. Arrangements were made to admit corona patients in the new building of the hospital, in which there was also a provision of oxygen.

Along with this, Corona's OPD and emergency service continued in the old building.
District Hospital's Principal Medical Superintendent Dr. Manoj Upreti said that now that the rate of getting new cases of corona infection has come down a bit, then OPD system has been started for general patients in Coronation Hospital premises and Gandhi Shatabdi Hospital premises.

The OPD of the Department of Pediatrics is already being operated in Gandhi Shatabdi Hospital. Eye operations will also be started based on the situations. If the situation gets better, the system of admitting normal patients will also be started. He has appealed to ensure that physical distance, masks and other guidelines are followed while coming to the hospital.
