In the UKSSSC paper leak case, the Special Task Force of Uttarakhand Police has imposed gangster charges against three more accused. Earlier, STF had taken gangster action against 21 accused including Hakam Singh, Kendrapal, and Rajesh Chauhan. SSP STF Ayush Aggarwal told that for playing an active role in rigging the examination along with the gang, three other accused Gaurav Negi resident of Najibabad post-Suryanagar police station Kichha Udhamsinghnagar, Vipin Bihari resident of village Nyamapur police station Talgaon district Sitapur Uttar Pradesh present resident Jankipur Lucknow UP and Sanjeev Kumar Chauhan resident of Gulmohar Garden Rajnagar Station Ghaziabad UP, a native of village Tarabad Tehsil Thakurdwara District Moradabad UP has imposed gangster against. 

The SSP said that all three accused are currently lodged in Suddhowala Jail. Former state president of Congress and ex-chairman of Badrinath Kedarnath temple committee, Ganesh Godial targeted the assembly speaker and the state government on many other issues, including the seven-day assembly session in two days, the Vanantara resort episode, the UKSSSC, and cooperative recruitment scam.

He said that the immediate bail to the accused arrested in the UKSSSC recruitment scam is also an indication that the government is doing weak lobbying to save the accused. He demanded the government conduct a CBI inquiry into the scam in the interest of the youth of Uttarakhand.

Godiyal said that investigation has been done into the cooperative recruitment scam, but instead of taking action, the cooperative minister has put the file in cold storage. He said that Dhan Singh Rawat and Premchand Aggarwal should be removed from the post of ministers and an impartial inquiry should be conducted into the whole matter.
