Corona Effect
Due to the Corona crisis, precaution was taken at all levels in the passing out parade. Not only at the spectator gallery but during the parade also, the rules of physical distance were followed.
Each marching squad usually consists of ten cadets in a line, but this time their number was kept at eight so that the distance of two meters is maintained instead of the 0.5-meter distance usually followed between the cadets. Apart from this, along with the Gentleman Cadets, all the military officers were also wearing masks.
Tight security system
Security arrangements have been beefed up around the academy because of POP. Armed soldiers of the army are stationed everywhere.
During the passing out parade, there was a zero zone from Panditwadi to Premnagar from 6 am to 11 am on Saturday. During this, the traffic passing through National Highway-72 (Chakrata Road) was diverted from Premnagar and Ballupur.
