The police and administration had already banned the entry of outsiders in the state regarding Ganga Dussehra in Haridwar on Sunday and Nirjala Ekadashi bath on Monday. Despite this, a large number of outside travelers reached Haridwar. During this, there was a long line during the checking of vehicles at the Narsan border. The crowd was such that there was a line of vehicles about a kilometer long on the border.
