Ganesh Godiyal said government is whitewashing on the land-law and Devasthanam board
Congress state president Ganesh Godiyal has once again targeted the Uttarakhand government. They say that the land law and the Devasthanam board are being covered up
Uttarakhand Congress President Ganesh Godiyal has attacked Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami regarding land law and Devasthanam Board. The Chief Minister is trying to cover up the matter by handing over the matter to the committees on the Land-Law and Devasthanam Board
Talking to reporters at the state Congress headquarters on Monday, Ganesh Godiyal alleged that the government wants to hang these matters till the notification of the assembly elections is issued. He said that these decisions of Chief Minister Dhami are shocking. He is unable to make decisions. The Chief Minister is forming committees which is not the solution to the problem. He demanded the state government to bring a resolution in the assembly to repeal the land law and the Devasthanam Board.
Godiyal said, not afraid of defamation notice
On filing a defamation suit of five crores by Minister Rekha Arya's husband Girdhari Lal Sahu, he said that he has not received the notice yet. He is the son of Uttarakhand and is not afraid of such cases. He has not encroached upon the dignity of the post. He also said that he has full faith in the court.
