Uttarakhand's image tarnished by Kumbh corruption: Kishor
Former state president of Congress Kishor Upadhyay has raised the demand to the Chief Minister to investigate the Kumbh scams without any delay. He said that corruption in Corona investigation reports is a crime against humanity.
In a letter to the Chief Minister, Upadhyay said that the way new revelations of corruption are being made in the Kumbh Mela, it is tarnishing the image of the state. Exactly similar situations had come to the fore in the year 2010 as well. The corrupt face of the government was exposed by Congress inside and outside the house.
Even at that time, there were tales of corruption in the Kumbh Mela on everyone's tongue. Akharas and saints openly made allegations and even said that statements in favor of the government were made by paying some pseudo saints.
