The trial of Zydus Cadila's vaccine for children in the country is in the final stages.

If the results of the trial have been successful, then they will apply for the early approval of the children's corona vaccine. Trials of the Covid-19 vaccine for children have also been done in Patna and Delhi AIIMS. Bharat Biotech's indigenous vaccine Covaccine is already being administered to adults under emergency approval across the country. Serum Institute is also preparing to test its vaccine for children.

The corona vaccine of American company Pfizer is being administered to children in the world. At the same time, the EU's health regulatory agency has approved the emergency use of Moderna's vaccine for children aged 12 to 17 years.

Health experts also say that vaccination is very important to send children to school and protect them from the third wave.
