Along with the operator of the firm, a notice has also been issued to the operators of the lab. Police can soon take action against the firm on whose behalf the work of testing has been taken in Kumbh and permission has been sought. The strings of the firm operator have also been connected with the veteran leaders of BJP. He has good relations with many ministers sitting in Delhi. This is what the photos going viral on social media are saying. Both the director and one of his relatives are deeply rooted in the BJP. The name of an MLA from Haridwar is jumping.

Action can be taken

Now the sword of arrest is seen hanging on the accused. If there is no relief from the High Court on Monday, the police can take big action in this. In two days, two CMOs have been questioned by the SIT. Due to the high-profile case, the police are doing their investigation rapidly.

Preparation for interrogation

The police are now preparing to interrogate the firm as well as the lab operators. After the notice is issued to the three, now the police will inquire how both the labs signed the MoU of the firm.

SIT sent notice

The investigating SIT has issued notices to the firm and two labs named in the case. The SIT has given four days to the operators. During this time, the operators will have to appear before the SIT with the documents. After recording the statement of CMO Dr. Shambhu Kumar Jha, Mela CMO Dr. Arjun Singh Sengar for two days, the SIT did not record the statement of anyone in this regard on Sunday due to the bathing rush in Haridwar. The SIT on Sunday issued notices to the firm named in the case Max Corporate Service New Delhi, Nalwa Laboratories Private Lab of Haryana and Dr. Lal Chandani Lab.
