Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat will inspect Covid Hospital in Rudrapur and Haridwar today
Police arrested dozens of Congressmen, including former Health Minister Tilakraj Behad, who were opposing the CM in Rudrapur
Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat has reached Rudrapur on a one-day district tour on Friday. Chief Minister Rawat reached the police line in Rudrapur by helicopter at around 11 am on Friday. After this, he went to ESIC Hospital and took stock of the treatment and arrangements being given to the Covid patients.
Dozens of Congressmen including former Health Minister Tilakraj Behad, who were opposing the CM, were arrested by the police.
Tirath Singh Rawat will inaugurate the oxygen supply from the cryogenic tank in the district hospital. Apart from this, the foundation stone of various development schemes will be laid/inaugurated. The Chief Minister will inspect the Covid-19 wards in the Medical College and after returning from there will hold a review meeting with the district officials in the APJ Abdul Kalam Auditorium located in the Collectorate.
After the meeting, Chief Minister will inspect the vaccination center operated in Radha Soami Satsang Vyas after which the Chief Minister will leave for Haridwar from the Radha Soami Satsang Vyas’s helipad.
In Haridwar, the Chief Minister will land at the helipad at Bhalla Inter College at 3.00 pm. From there, he will inspect the Covid Hospital by car. At 3.30 pm , he will inspect Baba Barfani hospital. The Chief Minister will reach CCR Bhawan at around four o'clock and will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various development schemes.
