Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat called on President Ram Nath Kovind in Delhi on Monday. Apart from the Vice President and the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, he will also meet Union Ministers. Earlier on Monday morning, he had gone to Haldwani from Delhi to pay tribute to Leader of Opposition Dr. Indira Hridayesh.
Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat met President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Monday on the first day of his three-day stay in Delhi. Apart from the Vice President and the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, he will also meet Union Ministers. Earlier on Monday morning, he had gone to Haldwani from Delhi to pay tribute to Leader of Opposition Dr. Indira Hridayesh.

Let us inform you that Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat flew from Dehradun to Delhi on Sunday evening. On Monday morning, he first went to Haldwani from Delhi by helicopter and then returned to Delhi. Thereafter, he made a courtesy call on President Ram Nath Kovind in Delhi. After this, he will also meet Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. From noon to evening, he will meet Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Textiles and Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Zubin Irani, Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Sports and Youth Affairs Kiren Rijiju and will discuss various issues related to the state.
