Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid tribute to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on his birth anniversary by garlanding his statue at Mukherjee Park, Rajpur Road. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee was an educationist, thinker and founder of Jana Sangh. Dr. Mukherjee was the first Industry Minister of the country. He said that Dr. Mukherjee wanted to make Jammu and Kashmir a complete and integral part of India. He advocated the abolition of Article 370. Prime Minister Narendra Modi made his dream come true by abolishing Article 370 and 35A from Jammu and Kashmir. State BJP President Madan Kaushik, Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, Mayor Sunil Uniyal Gama, etc. were present on the occasion. Earlier, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also paid tribute by garlanding the portrait of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookerjee at the Bijapur Safe House.
