Police had called Kataria for questioning

Last week, a video of Bobby Kataria drinking on the road went viral. After seeing the video DGP Ashok Kumar ordered SSP Dehradun to take action against him. When the police did a preliminary investigation, it was found that the video is of Kimari Marg in Dehradun.
The police again issued the notice but did not get any response. There was no reply from Kataria even after sending the notice thrice. Inspector Cantt Rajesh Singh Rawat said that repeated notices were sent to Kataria. But, he didn't take it seriously. Now a non-bailable warrant has been obtained from the court for his arrest.

According to the police, Bobby Kataria was in Dehradun on July 23. He, along with his friend Gaurav Khandelwal, had gone to visit Kimari Marg on July 25. During the investigation, it was found that he not only drank alcohol there but also rode a motorcycle in a hurry. Traffic was also stopped on both sides.
