On Saturday, farmers are protesting in many states of the country regarding this. A large number of farmers are taking part in this movement in Haryana and Punjab.

Barricade removed in Panchkula, traveled towards Governor's residence

In Panchkula, Haryana, a large number of people came out in Chandigarh on Saturday afternoon to give a memorandum to the Governor. During this, the security forces barricaded to stop them. The farmers removed the barricades to go to Chandigarh and moved on. Farmers say that they will submit a memorandum to the governor and demand the withdrawal of the new agricultural laws.

Demonstration of Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee in Amritsar

In Amritsar, Punjab, the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee demonstrated outside the district administrative complex. The general secretary of the committee told that the farmers will march in the district headquarters of Punjab and give a demand letter in the name of Governor, President to the DC office.

Naresh Tikait had announced on Friday

Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) national president Naresh Tikait said on Friday that farmers opposing the three agricultural laws of the Center will submit memorandums to the governors of different states on Saturday demanding the withdrawal of these laws. He said that these memorandums would be addressed to President Ram Nath Kovind on the occasion of completion of seven months of the agitation against agricultural laws. Tikait made this announcement while addressing the protesting farmers at the UP Gate. Here the farmers have been staging a sit-in for almost seven months and have closed a part of the national highway from Ghaziabad to Delhi.
